At Ravora Jewels, we follow a strict No Refund, No Return, No Exchange policy. Once an order has been delivered, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Exchange Exceptions (Unboxing Video Required)
We offer exchange only in the following exceptional cases:

Wrong item delivered

Damaged or defective product received
To be eligible for an exchange, customers must provide:

A complete unboxing video, recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened

The video must continue until the product is fully revealed

The issue (wrong item, damage, or defect) must be clearly visible
Note: Exchange requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
