  • Domestic Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India.

  • Payment Requirement: We currently only accept prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within India.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, orders typically reach customers within 3–7 business days.

  • Total Delivery Time: You can expect your order within 4–9 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Delays: Please note that delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to extreme weather conditions, public holidays, or transit issues with our courier partners.

5. Damaged Packages

  • If you receive a damaged package, please record a complete unboxing video starting from the sealed package and contact us immediately.

  • This is mandatory for any exchange request.
